Hi, I’m Rafi SIlver
With an MFA from NYU’s Graduate Acting Program, a BFA from Syracuse University, a certification as a Mindfulness Meditation instructor through Dharma Moon and The US Tibet House, and a graduate of George Mumford's Mindful Athlete training course, my mission is to guide individuals in unlocking their peak potential through mindfulness and creativity.
Having had countless hours on set and thousands of auditions as a professional actor for the last 18-plus years, I often found myself getting in my own way when the stakes were highest. Anxiety and fear would tighten my body and block my creativity, leaving me frustrated and undermining my performance.
Through daily mindfulness meditation, affirmations, and visualization, I began to transform my mindset. These practices helped me recognize and quiet those fears as they surfaced, allowing me to stay present and unlock my full potential. Over time, I rewired my approach and broke free from old habits that held me back.
I created Peak Mind Performance by reverse-engineering my own journey in four steps, with a mission to inspire and empower high-performing individuals to unlock their true potential. My goal is to share the tools and insights that helped me overcome obstacles and thrive, so others can elevate their performance and achieve their best.

Step 1: Awareness
The cultivation of self-awareness, presence, and non-judgmental observation lays a foundation for enhancing focus, awareness, and mental clarity. By integrating these practices into our personal and professional lives, we create space for deeper insight and clarity in how we respond to our experiences.

Step 2: Investigation
Investigation explores the motivations driving performance. Through Loving-Kindness (metta) meditation, we connect with our deeper "why"—the purpose behind our ambitions. Cultivating compassion for ourselves and others brings clarity to our goals, helping us perform with greater authenticity and purpose.

Step 3: Empowerment
Empowerment is taking ownership of the present moment and connecting with our deeper purpose through affirmations. By affirming who we are, we reshape our mindset, release self-imposed labels, and cultivate greater balance and equanimity, unlocking our true potential.

Expansion is about challenging our comfort zones and exploring choices without bias. It involves questioning our self-imposed limits and rules, and approaching the unknown with curiosity and bravery to break old habits and discover new possibilities.
