Rafi Silver
Professional Actor, Professor at Columbia University, and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor
With an extensive professional background in acting and a Mindfulness Meditation instructor certification from Dharma Moon and the US Tibet House, Rafi bridges high-level performance, modern neuroscience, and ancient Buddhist practice.
At Columbia University, Rafi teaches MFA students mindfulness practices to enhance actors' focus and performance. He also leads corporate wellness retreats and trains elite performers, including professional and collegiate athletes,
As an actor, he’s currently recurring on Amazon’s Emmy-nominated Fallout and has appeared on shows like Evil, Law & Order: Organized Crime, and earned a Helen Hayes nomination for The Effect. Holding an MFA from NYU, a BFA from Syracuse, and certifications in mindfulness, Rafi’s mission is to help individuals unlock their peak potential through mindfulness and creativity.
