Rafi Silver
Professional Actor, Professor at Columbia University, and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor
With an extensive professional background in acting and a Mindfulness Meditation instructor certification from Dharma Moon and the US Tibet House, Rafi integrates mindfulness into athletics and the arts.
At Columbia University, Rafi teaches MFA students mindfulness practices to enhance actors' focus and performance. He also leads corporate wellness retreats and trains elite performers, including professional athletes—most recently a participant in the 2024 Masters CrossFit Games.
As an actor, He’s appeared in shows like the Emmy-nominated Fallout, Evil, and Law & Order: Organized Crime and earned a Helen Hayes nomination for The Effect. Holding an MFA from NYU, a BFA from Syracuse, and certifications in mindfulness, Rafi’s mission is to help individuals unlock their peak potential through mindfulness and creativity.
